The Waterfront Deck is located on the eastern side of the Inn adjacent to and overlooking the Delaware River and Pea
Patch Island. Many believe that the view from the deck is the best waterfront deck view in Delaware, most certainly in
this area. The views combined with the commercial and leisure river traffic make for a relaxed and enjoyable
atmosphere. The deck hosts a variety of events including, graduation parties, wedding receptions, business parties,
special events and much more. The Deck can accommodate 125 for meals and up to 200 for receptions.

The Riverfront Gazebo, located in the park just across
the street from the Inn is surrounded by parkland and
water. This charming location is often the site of
weddings in conjunction with receptions at the Inn. The
Gazebo itself can easily accommodate a wedding party.
The surrounding area can accommodate hundreds.
Reservation of the Gazebo and surrounding area is
available through the Inn.

The Olde Canal Inn has banquet and meeting facilities on site to accommodate up to
approximately 125. Since this is a historic Inn each individual meeting room
accommodates up to 50 for meals and more for lectures and meetings.

The Newbold Room, located on the first floor of
the Inn is divided into two rooms by dividing doors.
The larger of the two rooms can accommodate 40
for meals in either a boardroom style or individual
table arrangements. This section can
accommodate about 50 for lectures or seminars.
The smaller of the two rooms can accommodate 12
to 15 for either meals or meetings. When the
doors are opened the two rooms together can
accommodate approximately 50.

The Reybold Room, located in the
center of the Inn on the first floor is
most often used as the main dining
room but is often used for banquets,
weddings and meetings. This room has
the atmosphere that reminds one of the
elegant history of the Inn. Since it is
immediately adjacent to the Newbold
Room on one side and the Front Porch
room on the other, it is often combined
with these rooms to accommodate
parties of up to 125. The Reybold
Room by itself accommodates 50 for
meals and 60 to 70 for seminars,
meetings and lectures. Additionally it
can be divided into halves each having
one-half the capacity of the total room
or each half may be combined with the
Newbold Room on one side or the Front
Porch on the other to provide the
desired size and atmosphere. To

this section.

The Penthouse Suite is located on the fourth floor of
the Inn. It is renowned in this area for the
breathtaking, panoramic views from its large picture
windows. While The Penthouse is actually a four
bedroom accommodation, complete with kitchen, it is
available for banquets, parties and meetings. The
enormous great room of the suite makes it ideal for
many different types of gatherings. It is a favorite
meeting place whenever business meetings and
retreats come to the Inn. It can accommodate 40 for
meals and 50 for meetings.

The Delafort is a passenger vessel that docks just across
the street from the Olde Canal Inn. Receptions, parties and
events of all sorts take place on the Delafort. Dinner
parties, dances and the like at the Inn have been combined
with a cruise on this vessel. The Inn also caters all sorts of
events on the boat. The Delafort accommodates up to 88
passengers at a time. It can be booked through the Inn.

The Grassdale Center is a nature center located in a state
park about one mile from the Inn. Meeting facilities at the
center accommodate over 125 in one large and pleasant
meeting area. Meetings at the center are of catered by the
Inn or combined with breakout sessions and meals at the
Inn. The Grassdale Center can be booked through the
Inn.
